A book when open, a cassette when closed. A form holder for both loose forms and documentation sets. The hinged writing plate prevents write-though on carbon or self-copying forms. Forms are held in place by the movable aluminium strip. The snapak can be closed at the side to a handy cassette to protect your forms.
