The new Euroseal Valida is the thermosealing machine that “validates” the sealing cycle, memorising the sealing data and the result of operations to an SD card, as required by the EN11607-2 and EN868-5 Standards. Euroseal Valida can be connected directly to the PC via Ethernet and WiFi system for instant transfer of sealing data. The innovative touch-screen display with dedicated menu, inserted directly on the support surface, allows the user to achieve simple and instant interfacing with the sealing machine and choose from the preset cycles and a free cycle, where it is possible to change the sealing temperature according to the type of roll and pouch being used.

Validating the sealing process.

Euroseal Valida controls, records and saves on sd card or usb all data concerning sealing operations (date, time, number of seals, batch, operator, temperature, speed, pressure) in full compliance with the en11607-2 standard requirements, which stipulates that the important parameters of the sealing process must be systematically monitored and documented so as to be traced and checked whenever necessary.

Total connectivity.

Euroseal Valida is equipped with total on-board connectivity. It is possible to transfer data concerning the sealing batches directly onto a computer via ethernet. Also, it is possible to easily transfer data onto a computer with the integrated SD card and quickly save and manage it. Finally, the E-wifi accessory allows you to connect the Euroseal® Valida to a computer, smartphone or tablet without having to use a cable.

Pre-programmed cycles and free cycle.

Euroseal Valida allows users to choose from pre-programmed sealing cycles like Eurosteril or the free cycle where the temperature setting can BE changed to seal any kind of bag or roll to suit the needs of each medical establishment. Technical specifications
