What is cross taping?

Cross taping is based on a mixture of Chinese and western medicine and is designed to regulate the body’s balance by taping trigger points, which are the acupuncture and acupressure points on the skin. It promotes circulation, increases metabolism and eases tension.

 

The cross taping principle

Treatment with cross tape heals the body’s ailments. It not only heals the painful area but affects the entire body by working on the body’s inner balance.

In this way, the tape does not only heal the muscles and tendons but is good for the whole body.

 

• The AQ Strip tape is formed like a grid which resembles the relationship the muscles within the body have with each other.

• The tape is not harmful to the body as there is no medication involved.
